Case Study: Kounos Coastal Escapes

Η Kounos Marine, based in Milos, specializes for over 20 years in the repair and maintenance of speedboats, being one of the strongest companies in the field. Recognizing the needs of the tourist season and after urging from customers and partners, the company's management chose to invest in the creation of a new, modern Business Unit, aimed exclusively at rental of speedboats.

This required the necessary business planning, the addition of new processes, new staff for the company's workforce and new systems that would ensure the success of the business effort.

The company contacted "ΕΠΑΘΛΟΝ CONSULTANCY" and chose us for the assignment of the organization & development project.

In the context of the challenge we undertook, the professional guidance the newly recruited executives and the businessman Mr. Andreas Gennadopoulos, advice on the formulation of the commercial strategy and of course the design and creation of the elements of a new, autonomous and strong brand. So we managed to convey the diversity of the project, through a marine escape experience.

 We completed the creation of the new brand Kounos Coastal Escapes:

• We designed a modern, international website (https://kounos.com) with possibility of online booking, friendly and easy to use for customers.
• We created photographic and video material that captures the real experience of the "escape".
• We designed a functional price list of services, exploited in partnerships with tourist agencies and hotels.

The result was immediate: the Kounos Coastal Escapes has already established itself for visitors from all parts of the world,as an option that not only "rents boats", but offers a full and safe sea escape experience in Milos and the surrounding islands.
